Australian Buyers

We charge according to Australia Posts current prices which vary according to weight and postcode within Australia. Registered Post is compulsory on all posted items at an additional flat rate of $3.20 for all size parcels.

International Buyers

Postage to countries outside of Australia will be calculated upon order enquiry and will depend on size, weight and destination.  

Prompt Shipment

Your order will be processed and posted within 2 working days. Allow up to another 7 days delivery by Australia Post within Australia. (Usually only 2-3 days is needed.) In peak times such as Christmas allow 3 extra days. At Christmas time Australia Post is always busy and a little slower .

Outside of Australia you will need to allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Of course, its very likely if you are in the US you will receive your shipment within 5 business days, but do allow a little longer as delays can occur for overseas shipments.

Refund and Returns Policy. Money Back or Replacement

If you're not happy, we are not happy! Please email HKTG Restoration Parts within 7 days of delivery of your product if you require a refund. Please include in your email the reason you are requesting refund. Simply return your unopened product to us within 30 days and we will replace or refund. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. 

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit ; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. HKTG Restoration Parts will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

We routinely ship to mainland USA, NZ and RSA.

Buyers from all other countries, it is your responsibility to check your local regulations and customs restrictions.
